    In 2002, real estate entrepreneur Ben Willingham founded AmCorp Realty Corporation as the management arm of his growing commercial real estate portfolio. Over the years, Mr. Willingham has amassed several high-profile properties in a variety of locations in Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, among other states. As the CEO, Ben Willingham aims to generate opportunities for unique property development, such as converting the Federal Reserve Bank building in Nashville into one of the most trendy apartment complexes in middle Tennessee.

    Mr. Willingham studied banking and finance at the Zurich Business School. He started his career in banking at a Nashville financial institution in the special assets department. In 1987 Mr. Willingham founded Third Federal Investment Group, Inc., as a vehicle to transition from the world of banking into real estate investment and management. Over the years, he has accumulated a significant portfolio of unique commercial properties including office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers, hotels and net leased trophy retail properties.

    Ben Willingham pursues a variety of interests in his leisure time. He enjoys listening to music and attends live concerts in Nashville and throughout the world. In addition, he likes to read, and his favorite novel is The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett.
